Mustard oil (پیلی سرسوں کا تیل) is a fatty vegetable oil extracted from the mustard seeds. It is dark yellow in color and slightly pungent. Being a rich source of omegA alpha 3 and omegA alpha 6 fatty acids, vitamin E and antioxidants, it is considered as one of the healthiest oils. It has been used in Ayurveda since times immemorial due to its healing and medicinal properties and is considered beneficial for hair, skin and body.colorless to pale yellow pungent irritating essential oil that is obtained by distillation from the seeds usually of black mustard after expression of the fatty oil and maceration with water, that consists largely of allyl isothiocyanate, and that is used especially in liniments and medicinal plasters.
